We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Healthcare Patient Service Representative (Medical Receptionist) to support a busy specialty medical office. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in patient-facing customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring strong administrative and communication skills to a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

+   Handle inbound calls including scheduling, cancellations, and general patient inquiries.

+   Support patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism.

+   Assist with medical records, scanning, and document organization.

+   Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient information in EMR systems.

+   Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

+   Verify insurance and understand HMO processes, ensuring patients are directed appropriately.

+   Uphold HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality.

+   Utilize Next Gen or similar EMR platforms when needed.

+   Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and internal teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
