Now Hiring:
Front Desk Concierge – Glendale, 91210
Schedule:
Day
Shifts:
7:00am – 3:30pm
Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for residents, guests, or clients
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests
- Coordinate deliveries, packages, and vendor access
- Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed
- Support events or special requests as needed
- Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in luxury or high-touch service environments
- On-site role
- Fast-paced, customer-facing setting
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Problem-solver with a service-first mindset
- Reliable and punctual
