Job Description sKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, PMO, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Document:
- Business requirements
- Functional specifications
- Process flows
- Use cases
- Gap analyses
- Test scenarios and scripts
- Support SAP Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Project Systems (PS)
- Work with third-party enterprise solutions such as:
- Clarity PPM
- Primavera
- Other project costing/planning tools
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead in SAP Finance environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance (SAP FI/CO) processes and functionality.
- Experience with enterprise/project management tools such as Clarity and Primavera.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and enterprise environments.
