What You Will DoThe Senior Manager will lead a team of audit professionals in performing operations, financial, and technology audits.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and planning audits, managing fieldwork execution, and communicating results to senior management.
- Assessing internal controls, identifying business and IT risks, and partnering with leadership to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Auditing segment functional and technical areas, especially with respect to system pre/post implementations.
- Acting as the primary contact for assigned business units in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- 7+ years of progressive audit/accounting experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Hands‑on management experience working with the internal audit function of a reputable public company.
- Executive presence, excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced technical understanding of IT processes: applications and infrastructure, security and vulnerability assessments, third‑party management, change control, asset management, disaster recovery, data privacy, IT risk assessment, automated control environments, cybersecurity best practices, cloud security controls.
- Advanced understanding of system implementation lifecycle methodologies and controls.
- Strong leadership and management skills; ability to be a strategic partner.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented; independent and able to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a flexible team environment, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders via consensus.
- Big4 audit experience.
- Previous experience auditing information technology and security.
- Experience auditing a complex global security and compliance function.
- Broad IT knowledge in cloud infrastructure technologies, data platforms, application development and support, and emerging technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of operational, compliance, privacy and IT auditing techniques.
- SAP experience.
- Certifications:
CISSP, CISA, CIA, or CPA (or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Auditing, or Accounting.
- Preferred:
Master’s degree.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $ to $ per year. The base pay may vary based on internal equity, geographic region, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided, in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits.
