• Answering incoming calls from users, asking appropriate questions to understand their problems, and logging tickets in our ticketing system
• Providing troubleshooting and support for both Windows and Mac operating systems, including Microsoft 365 products
• Delivering remote technical support to clients to resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively
• Conducting thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues
• Assisting with email issues and password resets
• Working closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations

• Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, networking protocols, and cloud technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills and keen attention to detail

This is an in‑office position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After successful completion of Next Perimeter’s 90‑day introductory period, you'll be allowed to select one recurring work‑from‑home day.
