About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Director, Digital Growth Marketing to lead the full digital growth engine for our DTC eCommerce business. This role will own customer acquisition, retention, subscription growth, and digital revenue performance across all major channels including Paid Media, SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Organic Social, Influencer & Creator Partnerships, Affiliate, and Conversion Optimization.
This is a highly strategic but hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands how to scale profitable growth while building strong systems, teams, and processes. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Engineering, Data, and Brand teams to drive measurable impact across revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and subscription performance.
What You’ll Do- Own and scale paid media performance across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest, and Display
- Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, content growth, site optimization, and organic revenue expansion
- Oversee CRM & Lifecycle Marketing across Email, SMS, retention, loyalty, subscription, and win-back programs
- Build and scale influencer, creator, affiliate, and partnership marketing programs
- Drive landing page optimization, A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate improvements
- Manage multi-million-dollar digital marketing budgets and forecasting
- Lead and mentor internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Develop reporting frameworks focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue growth
- 15+ years of experience in Digital, Performance, or Growth Marketing
- 7+ years in eCommerce, DTC, or omni-channel retail environments
- Proven experience owning full-funnel growth across Paid Media plus at least two of the following: SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Organic Social/Creator, or Affiliate
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and attribution tools
- Experience building or scaling influencer/creator programs and performance-driven content strategies
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and forecasting growth performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- DTC subscription or replenishment business experience
- Experience leading high-growth digital marketing teams
- Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate networks, and modern eCommerce tech stacks
- Background in premium consumer, lifestyle, or home goods brands preferred
