Rate Range: Upto $103.5/hr on W2

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of the enterprise data governance platform.
- Lead governance capabilities including data catalog, access governance, data quality, lineage, metadata, and classification.
- Partner with Info Sec, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Data Engineering teams to implement governance controls.
- Define and operationalize enterprise data stewardship, ownership models, business glossaries, and quality standards.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable governance solutions.
- Drive adoption of governance tooling and establish governance best practices across business units.
- Measure governance effectiveness through audit readiness, risk reduction, data trust, and data accessibility metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed governance controls throughout the data lifecycle.
- Author product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and governance policies.
- Evaluate build versus buy decisions for governance and security tooling.
- 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
- Experience leading enterprise data governance, security, compliance, or platform initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data cataloging, metadata management, access governance, lineage, and data quality.
- Experience with Snowflake and modern data platform ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of data engineering workflows, data warehousing, analytics, and governance integration.
- Experience working with SOX, CCPA, GDPR, content security, or similar compliance requirements.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong SQL skills with ability to analyze data and validate governance controls.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
