Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking a Project Manager for a long-term opportunity in Glendale, CA. This individual will support a highly visible technology and operations team focused on strategic initiatives, program development, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building structure from complex ideas, and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable driving initiatives from concept through execution.

- Exposure to IT risk, security, governance, or compliance initiatives preferred
- Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments preferred
- Manage strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive project execution and accountability across multiple teams
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Support organizational planning and program development efforts
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and collaboration
