* Lead governance tooling on the platform, owning the configuration, evolution, and adoption strategy for each.
* Partner with Info Sec, legal, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to translate policy and regulatory requirements into enforceable controls.
* Collaborate with data and analytics engineers to embed governance into the data lifecycle.

* Proven success leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives, preferably tied to governance, security, or platform outcomes.
* Background in data governance and security tooling, with hands-on familiarity with data catalogs, data access governance, data quality and observability, and sensitive data discovery tools.
* Understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows, including ingestion, modeling, transformation (dbt), warehousing (Snowflake), and visualization.
* Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise data, such as SOX, CCPA/GDPR, content security, and contractual data handling obligations.
* Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and day-to-day product work.
* Proficiency with SQL to independently query, manipulate, and analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with scripting or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R).
* Familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt, and their native governance capabilities.
* Exposure to AI/ML governance, including model registries, model cards, training data lineage, and emerging agent governance practices.
