Digital Production Operations Coordinator Part-Time

We’re currently looking for a passionate and creative Digital Production Operations Coordinator (Contract, Part-Time) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support production-ready execution and own cataloging to ship clean, correctly tagged templates to the Content Management System (CMS). Keep template galleries accurate, organized, and consistent. Come join the party!

• Catches and flags inconsistencies or edge cases others might miss.

• Set up creative assets, such as Invitation templates, in the CMS.
• Audit and maintain galleries for accuracy, completeness, and broken or missing parts.
• Apply and maintain categories and filters: e.g. theme, gender, occasion, and age.
• Audit and maintain keyword tags library.
• Help maintain SEO updates, transfer SEO copy, and confirm all CMS fields are populated correctly.
• Partner with the team on day-to-day needs.
• Flag recurring issues or bottlenecks.

• Prior CMS, cataloging, or e-commerce exposure.
• Basic SEO familiarity.
• Experience using Figma, Google Suite, Tableau, or Claude.

The compensation range for this role is $ per hour. Eighteen hours per week, Monday through Wednesday, in-office (Glendale, CA). Contract term: 3 months with potential to extend.
