Softline Solutions is hiring a Senior UX Designer to own Brio's ecommerce experiences across landing pages, PDPs, and conversion-focused flows. You will build a scalable design system and continuously improve experiences using data and user research.
You'll report to the Design Lead, Ecommerce, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers on experiments, craft, and strategy, maintaining high ownership and fast iteration while protecting design fidelity.
