The Salesforce Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing existing processes, and translating requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. The consultant acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams and contributes throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.

Role- Lead requirement gathering and business process discussions.
- Analyze current-state and future-state operational processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design and configuration discussions.
- Manage and refine Product and Sprint Backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Clarify requirements for development and QA teams.
- Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Support functional documentation and release activities.

Education QualificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong business analysis, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM business processes. Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
