What You Will Do
Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI for improving various aspects of our operations. Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution /AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities. Conduct research on emerging trends, digital tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios capabilities.
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.
Building complex problems methodically and think critically.
How You Will Do ItWorking with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate solutions, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI models and digital applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into existing systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability. Supporting ongoing efforts for Continuous Improvements.
What We Look ForCurrently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. Pursuing an undergraduate degree IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, and/or related field. Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer. Duration:
Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week. Working Arrangements:
Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
