• Administer and provide technical support for the Oracle Net Suite ERP platform.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, access controls, authentication, and security configurations.
• Configure custom fields, forms, records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and Suite Analytics.
• Troubleshoot Net Suite configuration, customizations, integrations, workflows, scripts, and production issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Suite Script 2.x, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, Suite Talk, APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Monitor integrations, script execution, scheduled processes, system logs, and platform performance.
• Partner with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Net Suite solutions.
• Support ERP processes including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Purchasing, and Record-to-Report.
• Support releases, sandbox refreshes, testing, deployments, upgrades, and production changes.
• Perform impact assessments and follow change management, documentation, and governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Partner with developers and vendors on enhancements and technical implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide technical guidance on Net Suite best practices.

Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of relevant ERP or enterprise application experience, with significant hands-on Net Suite administration experience. Strong knowledge of Net Suite configuration, Suite Script 2.x, integrations, security, workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, and ERP processes. Experience with Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Analytics, Suite Talk, REST/SOAP APIs, RESTlets, Sandbox, Release Preview, and SDF.
