• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency required (speaking, reading, and writing English and at least one of the following languages):

Responsibilities

• Proofread English and translated ballot materials in various formats
• Translate election-related documents from English into the required language
• Record audio versions of ballots in the required language
• Provide customer service assistance in the required language
• Recruit multilingual volunteers to serve at Vote Centers
• Perform data entry and data processing using election management software
• Support general election administration functions as assigned
