Rockport Healthcare Services - Mid-level inhouse litigation management counsel for healthcare company

We are looking for a mid-level litigation attorney to join our professional liability team. The role includes managing and supervising outside counsel, communicating with internal clients and stakeholders, accurate and timely reporting, and serving as the client representative at mediations.

The ideal candidate will have on-the-ground experience in professional liability/personal injury defense.

Experience specifically with long term care and elder abuse and in-house matter-management experience are not required, but would be a plus.

Must have strong drafting skills and have drafted pleadings from inception up to summary judgment, including discovery and dispositive motions.

Must also be reliable, take initiative, be well organized, work well independently and enjoy active practice.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of a great location in Glendale, with amenities including an on-site free gym and nearby shopping and restaurants.

Compensation will depend on experience, but is expected to be in the $150,000-$195,000 range.
