Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including desks, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and promote hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
