• Ability to identify materials and apply appropriate finishes.
• Basic understanding and application of raw materials.
• Basic understanding and operation of Burlington Belt Sander.
• Read and understand work orders.
• Full understanding and application of measuring equipment tape measure and calipers.
• Set up and operate sand blaster.
• Basic understanding and operation of all polishing hand tools.
• Basic understanding and operation of crane paint room.
• Basic understanding of paint operations, tanks, set up, liquid and powder.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School or equivalent.

• Basic math, blueprint and measuring.

• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 Lb.’s.
• Good body mechanics.
• Long periods of standing.
