We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our growing print production team in Glendale, CA. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on professional with experience in print finishing who takes pride in quality work and meeting production deadlines.

• Set up, operate, and monitor bindery equipment
• Read and follow job tickets and production specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Previous bindery or print finishing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
