About the RoleWe are seeking an Electronic & Control Engineer to join our KY Automation Team in Glendale, Kentucky. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support electronic and control systems used in industrial and automation environments. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and delivered in accordance with project requirements.
This position welcomes candidates at all experience levels, including entry‑level engineers with relevant coursework or experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee automation equipment control tasks, including system configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and test electronic control systems to meet functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with BOSK and SK AX Factory Automation teams to plan technical tasks, resolve system issues, and support commissioning activities.
- Provide interpretation and communication support during system testing, implementation, and on‑site execution phases.
- Support system commissioning, validation, and stabilization to ensure successful deployment.
- Work with project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field.
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply, including entry‑level candidates.
- Hands‑on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, servo drivers, and CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of automation design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration ability.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Korean – English bilingual capability.
Solid understanding of control system hardware and software integration.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities in fast‑paced environments.
Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
