We are seeking a Director of Process Engineering to lead and optimize manufacturing processes across high‑tech production environments.
This role will oversee engineering teams responsible for improving production efficiency, yield, and product quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage process engineering teams supporting manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and production efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines
- Partner with operations, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve production challenges
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective action plans for manufacturing issues
- Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Develop engineering standards and process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- 5+ years leading engineering or technical teams
- Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and problem‑solving skills
