• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in daily practice.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care across the care continuum.
• Note:
  
  This department includes education and non-productive hours for Float Pool nurses;
  Float Pool nurses on a unit should clock in to the unit being worked.

• Active California RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; telemetry or inpatient telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to work Nights (3x12) and meet travel assignment requirements
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
