• Deliver coordinated oncology nursing care for an assigned group of patients in line with established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings accurately.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to support patient outcomes and safety.
• Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and provide symptom management and supportive care in collaboration with the care team.

• Active California RN license (or eligibility to practice in California)
• Oncology nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment with three 12-hour day shifts
