• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and document interventions and outcomes.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan, implement, and adjust the patient plan of care; ensure safety and quality.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• ICU/critical care experience or demonstrated competency in critical care settings (preferred).
• Ability to work nights on a 12-hour, 3 nights per week schedule.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with multidisciplinary teams.
