Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home IV Infusion Nurse — North Palm Springs & surrounding areas.
Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible!)

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IV infusion therapy in patients’ homes throughout the North Palm Springs area. If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, working independently, and using your IV skills in a meaningful way, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do- Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care
- Access, maintain, and care for:
- Ports
- PIVs
- PICC lines
- Administer:
- IV antibiotics
- TPN
- IVIG
- Monitor patients during infusions and report any changes
- Educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention
- Complete clear and timely documentation
- Follow physician orders and safety protocols
- Active California RN license in good standing
- IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus!)
- Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Current BLS/CPR
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
