• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess patient status, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines while applying critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and uphold safety and quality standards.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12 schedule)
• Experience in telemetry or acute care hospital settings is preferred
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 8 weeks
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
