• Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures within scope.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across different levels; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to clinical assessments and problem-solving.
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with standards of care and facility policies.

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• OB/GYN or maternity nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced obstetric/gynecology setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a 12‑hour day shift schedule as a travel assignment.
