This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department, following established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, while collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ER experience preferred;
  Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required;
  Basic Life Support (BLS or comparable certification) required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required;
  Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) required; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required

• Additional Information:
