• - EPIC backfill with recent EPIC and Cerner experience required

• - Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonatal patients according to established standards and the nursing process
• - Collect relevant data, assess, analyze, and develop an individualized care plan; implement and evaluate care
• - Administer medications and therapies as ordered; monitor patient response and adjust as needed
• - Collaborate with the patient's family and multidisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
• - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate duties appropriately
• - Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards

• - Current RN licensure in the state of practice (California)
• - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
• - Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor required (BLS/HS-BLS/RQI BLS acceptable per policy)
• - Facility-specific certification: BLS (as above)
• - EPIC and Cerner experience required (recent and proficient)
• - Education:
  
  BSN preferred; at least two years of recent NICU or acute care experience preferred
• - Ability to work in a hospital NICU setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
