Clinical Charge Nurse Rn

The Clinical Charge Nurse RN is responsible for the organization, supervision, coordination, and daily operation of all nursing services in accordance with Federal, State, CMS, AAAHC, and facility policies and procedures. Collaborates with the Administrative Director to ensure clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, and infection prevention standards are maintained. Oversees patient care activities throughout the perioperative continuum while serving as the clinical resource for all nursing staff.
Maintains competency to function in the Operating Room, Pre-Operative, and PACU as needed and provides direct patient care during staffing shortages or operational needs.

- Supervises all licensed nursing personnel and clinical support staff.
- Responsible for coordinating daily nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining staff competencies, and promoting high-quality patient care in collaboration with the Administrative Director.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00–$65.00 per hour, with actual compensation based on experience, licensure, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Qualifications
- Supervisory, charge, or management experience in an outpatient or inpatient Surgery Center preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and organizational skills required.
- Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS required; CNOR or CNAMB preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years recent outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center experience.
- Minimum two (2) years Operating Room circulating experience.
- Minimum two (2) years Pre-Operative/PACU experience.
- Previous Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS preferred.
