• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals
• Support residents with mobility and other individual care needs
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes or concerns
• Engage residents in activities and everyday moments that encourage connection and independence
• Work closely with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect

• You have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others
• You’re dependable, compassionate, and patient
• You enjoy building relationships and getting to know the people you care for
• You’re a team player who communicates well and is willing to jump in when needed
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
