Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor:
  Required
• Two years recent experience in nursing:
  Required
• Experience with EPIC system:
  Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe and effective patient care.
• Implement care plans and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
