• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect and analyze relevant data, identify care issues, and contribute to clinical diagnoses and care planning
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; adjust interventions based on patient progress
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other disciplines; supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and patient education for safe transitions
• Provide health information and education to patients, families, and treatment teams; document care accurately in the medical record

• Current RN license in the state of California (state of practice) required
• BSN degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of recent nursing experience in acute/ER settings
• Licenses/

  BLS required; ACLS and PALS required; CPI/TEAM or TEAM-A required; NIH Stroke Scale required
• Epic experience required (Epic EMR proficiency)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital ER environment on a travel assignment

• Guaranteed hours
• Weekly pay range: $2,172–$2,278 per week
• 13-week assignment with potential for extension based on project needs
