Responsibilities
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Turn prospective home buyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective home buyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Seek out potential home buyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

Qualifications
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry

  • Real estate license required

Compensation

$140,000 at plan commissions
