We are looking for a talented Staff User Experience Researcher to lead research programs across 4-6 product areas, shaping research strategy and driving high-impact product decisions through mixed-methods research. This is a senior IC role for a highly autonomous researcher who leads from problem framing through decision and follow-through. The Staff User Experience Researcher brings deep craft expertise, a programs-not-projects mindset, and the ability to inspire other researchers while partnering with senior PMs and XD leaders to de-risk decisions and sequence work with impact.
They own research culture rituals like Research Critiques, establish empathetic feedback loops, and are the recognized expert on people and problems across their product areas.
