Shift: Overnight shifts (3:00 AM - 11:30 AM)

Staffmark is hiring a Retail Reset Merchandiser to support grocery and retail store reset projects. This overnight role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in seeing a job done right-before the store opens its doors.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Previous retail, merchandising, or reset experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours

Key Responsibilities

• Complete overnight store resets, remodels, and remerchandising projects
• Set shelves, fixtures, peg hooks, and displays according to planograms
• Remove, relocate, and restock merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Install or update shelf labels, pricing tags, and signage
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work collaboratively with the rest team to meet nightly deadlines
• Communicate progress, issues, or discrepancies to on-site leadership
