Retail Store Manager

Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually (excluding commission)

Evry Jewels is a trendy fashion jewelry brand founded by two siblings who come from a lineage of jewelers. We create jewelry for evryday and evryone.

As we continue to grow, we’re excited to be opening a brand-new location in Glendale, expanding our community and bringing the Evry experience to even more customers. As the leader of our new Glendale store, you will play a key role in launching and managing the location by taking responsibility for its overall performance. You will ensure that all areas of the store are aligned and meet set objectives, while delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

You will also be responsible for recruiting and developing the team, helping build a strong store culture from the ground up and creating a work environment where employees feel recognized, included, and encouraged to grow.

In addition, you will oversee the administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the store: budget management, sales tracking, maintaining accurate records, and processing essential documentation. Strong oversight of these responsibilities will ensure the branch’s operational and financial efficiency as the location ramps up and scales.

• Set objectives and action plans with the team to achieve financial and operational targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire your team to exceed expectations
• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a strong sense of urgency in response to changing business needs
• Create effective work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of sales and service operations
• Manage inventory using the Shopify system
• Act as a brand ambassador, both in-store and within the community

• A strong sense of style! As a manager, you represent the brand and must have a solid understanding of the Evry Jewels aesthetic. We want you to inspire both your team and our customers.
• Ability to collaborate strategically with various internal partners to achieve shared goals
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience (or equivalent), considered a strong asset
• High level of rigor and consistent attention to quality, always aiming for results that add value to the business
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed (typically 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
