Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in all aspects of boutique operations, sales development, and team leadership. This role helps drive sales, deliver a luxury customer experience, and develop the sales team while assuming managerial responsibilities in the manager's absence.

• Provide floor coverage and lead by example to ensure a high-end client experience and achievement of sales goals.
• Support and monitor team performance, coach sales associates, and assist in talent development and onboarding.
• Assume full responsibility for the boutique when the Boutique Manager is absent and assist in resolving employee and client issues.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory accuracy, shrink control, timekeeping, payroll administration, and oversight of repairs.
• Assist with planning and executing special events and community initiatives to support sales development.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure team adherence to company and security policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience; previous high-end watch sales preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, verbal and written skills, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to achieve goals defined by management.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team, manage schedules, and understand sales, budgets, and forecasting.
• Flexible team player able to work in a demanding environment and proficient with computers.
