Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional client service from welcome to close and representing the brand with professionalism. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating product expertise, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Associates support store operations, visual standards, and training as needed.

• Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales
• Follow established sales techniques and provide expert product knowledge
• Perform opening and closing duties and assist with inventory and special projects
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a professional appearance
• Partner with the team to achieve store goals and assist in training new associates when requested

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
• Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands
• Results oriented and self motivated to achieve defined goals
• Flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and be available for a 40 hour weekly schedule
• Computer proficiency
