About the Position

Retail Part‑Time Sales Lead at Glendale Galleria, Glendale, CA. Report to Store Manager and lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations.

• Embodies company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engages customers with knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drives customer engagement in-store, events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provides training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Works with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintains store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey.
• Provides feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strives for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serves as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
• Maintains all safety and security standards and identifies and communicates potential issues.
• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10‑30 lbs).

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams; great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator with the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly salary of $18.00‑$20.00 depending on experience.
