Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a driven and passionate Retail Part‑Time Keyholder at Glendale Galleria – Glendale, CA.
OverviewAs a Retail Keyholder you will support Store Leadership in building an inclusive team, uphold the brand values, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Maintain an inclusive store culture that reflects Savage X Fenty values.
- Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology.
- Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by fostering a culture of accountability.
- Approach business opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset.
- Actively engage guests and VIP members around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
- Provide training and feedback to store team on customer service model, performance expectations, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Leader to inspire sales advisors to meet performance targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards based on VM guides and floorsets.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge, operational compliance, and global communication.
- Maintain and achieve personal performance targets.
- 1–2 years of retail experience in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives.
- Tech‑savvy or comfortable with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and acute attention to detail.
- Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks.
- Flexibility with schedule; hours based on business needs.
Starting hourly rate $19.20. Offers may vary based on scope, complexity, experience, and location.
