AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty, and represent our company values with authenticity.

• You are a people person, using the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, help them find exactly what they’re looking for, and do so with a “friends first” mindset (the model will be taught).
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, offering suggestions that fit their needs.
• You share brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can adapt to any zone, flexing between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• You are a team player, ready to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work during guest shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
