Boutique Operations Associate - Americana

Summary

Responsible for supporting all in-boutique operational activities to ensure a seamless client experience. Acts as the expert on standard operating procedures, systems, and tools, and partners with boutique leadership to maintain inventory control, visual standards, and daily store operations. This role is hands‑on and requires collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners to support omni‑channel fulfillment and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes across the boutique to support client experience.
• Open and close registers, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and manage damages and restock needs.
• Receive, process, and record stock; maintain organized and controlled stock storage.
• Partner on stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory programs.
• Support omni‑channel fulfilment and contribute to visual merchandising and brand image standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related retail operations experience.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs; perform physical handling of inventory.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of and passion for exceptional client experience; fragrance and beauty industry experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
