Overview

Step into our dynamic product theater—an interactive space where customers experience the best of Samsung’s cutting‑edge products and services. As a Back of House Specialist, you serve as the organizational backbone, ensuring the team has the tools, inventory, and resources needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all back‑of‑house operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and floor resets.
  • Drive operational KPIs and ensure key performance measurements for sales, service, and operational excellence are met.
  • Assist customers with basic device troubleshooting and service ticket facilitation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and correcting stock variances.
  • Provide store leadership with regular inventory performance updates.
  • Maintain presentation standards, ensuring clean audits and a flawless visual display.
  • Track and communicate all inventory and operational activities to Retail Operations.
  • Stay current on Samsung promotions, trends, merchandise features, and store inventory.
  • Train others on Samsung technology and device functionality.
  • Maintain a high‑energy, professional attitude at all times, fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • 2‑4 years of experience in inventory control at a leader or specialist level.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, report creation, and action plan development.
  • Expertise in stockroom organization and safety standards to prevent inventory loss.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate results and insights to store leadership.
  • Adaptable and detail‑oriented with the ability to pivot quickly to meet changing back‑of‑house needs.
  • Commitment to integrity in managing high‑value inventory.
  • Team‑player mentality with a proven track record of collaboration and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
