Responsibilities

• Greet customers, conduct skincare consultations, and recommend products based on needs and preferences.
• Perform product demonstrations, samples, and mini treatments in accordance with brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock, and product displays to company guidelines.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Availability for part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking and merchandising.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent brand standards on the sales floor.
