Base Pay: $21 per hour. Tips typically $6–$8 per hour. Average total compensation ranges $27–$289 per hour.

The Shift Supervisor (Team Lead) will support the store manager in day‑to‑day operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure customers receive friendly, high‑quality service.

• Assist and support the store manager with daily operational priorities and run the shop in their absence.
• Supervise associates, providing coaching and ensuring high standards of performance.
• Open and close the store using daily checklists; reconcile the cash register and handle cash.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Plan and adjust the shift schedule to meet sales, labor, and waste goals.
• Encourage clear communication among team members and with management.
• React promptly to change, make timely decisions, and adapt operations as needed.
• Continuously provide excellent customer experience and uphold Venchi product and service standards.

• Food Handlers or Serv Safe certification.
• Experience supervising or working in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and operational awareness.
• Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and work evenings and weekends.
• Positive, energetic, and collaborative team attitude.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to lead by example.
