Retail Full-Time Sales Lead – Glendale Galleria, Glendale, CA

• Embodied Fabletics culture and values and provide insight to customers on living their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work with the Store Manager to train and inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that create an easy shopping experience and add value to customers’ purchase journeys.
• Participate in continuous improvement by providing and nurturing feedback to the Store Manager.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Perform physical tasks such as constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two consecutive hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders when needed.

• Minimum of one year of retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated communicator who can bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays; willingness to work onsite.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
