Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a driven and passionate Retail Full-Time Keyholder at Glendale Galleria - Glendale, CA.

As a Retail Keyholder you will support Store Leadership in building an inclusive team and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience in one of our first in‑person locations.

Responsibilities:

• Upskill an inclusive store culture that reflects our values and brand ethos, creating engaged sales advisors and outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey through impactful visuals and technology.
• Meet KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Address business opportunities and challenges with urgency and a growth mindset in collaboration with the Store Leader and cross‑functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIP members through a body‑positive, product‑knowledgeable experience.
• Provide training and immediate feedback to store team on service model, performance expectations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to inspire sales advisors to reach individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards via coaching and training on VM guides and floorsets.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge, operational compliance, and global communication.
• Achieve and maintain personal performance targets.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a high‑volume environment (preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.
• Tech‑savvy or comfortable with technology as part of daily duties.
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and stellar time‑management ability.
• Self‑directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and solve problems.
• Flexible schedule; hours driven by business needs.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks (Total Rewards)

The starting hourly rate is $19.20. Offers will depend on role scope and candidate experience.
