Job Description
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at the Glendale Galleria in Glendale, California, and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.
Responsibilities- Greet every guest, perform all cash register functions and portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%).
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations and notify management of shortage situations (10%).
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides.
- Fluently access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
- Physical specifications:
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders. Lifting at least 30 lbs. - Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days.
The hourly wage for the position ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints.
