Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide high-quality service on customers’ terms.
• Offer honest and confident feedback on style and fit.
• Stay current with fashion and product knowledge.
• Assist the team in maintaining a customer-ready department (ordering, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, light cleaning).
• Grow relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that changes weekly based on business needs.
• Participate, as needed, in other departmental duties.

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky items, reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Hourly: $18.80 – $18.80. Commission ranges from 3% to 14.5% depending on merchandise category.
